SELECT name, enabled, * 
FROM msdb.dbo.sysjobs
WHERE enabled = 0

The above query will bring all disabled 2 jobs. What you are seeing is certainly strange 1 to me too.

Right-click on the jobs folder and select 2 Refresh to update the status icons and context 1 menu.
